In this session, you will learn about:

In Session 4, you learned about cognitive problems that sometimes occur with brain conditions and some ways to help overcome these.

Some teens who have brain conditions find that it is more difficult to remember things than before they had their brain condition, or that they have to work harder now to remember things. However, you don’t have to have a brain condition to benefit from these strategies.

This session will focus on enhancing your memory. There will also be tips to help you remember school related things.
