LEARN PROBLEM SOLVING STRATEGIES YOU CAN USE EVERY DAY

TOPS-UK is an adapted version of the original Teen Online Problem Solving (TOPS) programme developed in the USA.

The problem solving strategies you learn from the TOPS-UK programme can be used to solve all kinds of problems. They can be particularly helpful for young people who experience executive function challenges such as getting organised, planning ahead, reacting too quickly, and feeling overwhelmed.

All of these organisations have helped fund the research and development of the TOPS-UK programme

Evidence-based guidelines based on a systematic review of the research literature identified TOPS as a standard of care for executive functioning and behavioral challenges after acquired brain injuries.

Five rigorous, controlled trials and a comparative effectiveness study involving hundreds of children support the effectiveness of TOPS for improving behavioral health.

TOPS grows out of three decades of talking with teens and families about their biggest concerns and partnering with them to ensure our program meets their needs.
